(1) Flagging open text feedback

When getting a lot of open text feedback, you might want to surface a specific feedback for future reference. Now you can flag any open text feedback and it will be presented in the results page. You can use this for customer quotes that you can use in your launch collateral for example.

(2) Managers can respond to open text feedback

Your testers will voice their opinion and share their thoughts. If there is a specific feedback you want to follow up on, you can easily start a chat with that tester using one-click action. Customize the message to your liking and start a conversation to dig deeper.

(3) Ticket title edits

As a manager, you will get a lot of messages. Sometimes you end up with 4 tickets titled “I have a problem”. Now you can edit the title of any ticket so it can accurately describe the content. Testers can edit titles as well in case they made a mistake.
