This is the last product release of 2022! The year went by fast and we can’t thank you enough for your engagement, support, and feedback. We have big plans for 2023 but for now, let’s celebrate this release. Happy holidays!
(1) SOC2 Type 1
If you haven’t read our announcement, we are officially SOC2 Type 1 compliant. This is a major milestone to insure our customer data protection on our platform. Next stop: SOC2 Type 2 🚀
(2) Triggered Email
NEW no feedback step type: triggered Email! When designing your tester flow, you can trigger an email to be sent to a group of people whenever the tester reaches a step. This could be an email notification of all the managers in the beta. Or it could be an email instruction to the tester who finished the step as part of their treasure hunt. Will leave the creativity part to you
(3) Internal comments
We believe that tickets in Stomio should be the source of truth for any conversation the product team is having with their customer. Internal comments makes it much easier for product teams to brainstorm and share insights within a ticket among themselves without sharing that side chat with the customer, yet still maintaining data integrity and chat history related to the ticket. Goodbye side chats, hello internal comments.
(4) Delete a comment in a ticket
Sometimes mistakes happen and you just want to delete a message you just sent in a ticket.
